To solve the high debt levels I can see three possible options with pro’s and cons.
1) raise more equity. This could include converting some existing debt to equity. The current low share price will make this a less desirable option for existing share holders. A share placement to exisiting shareholders is an option but make not be well received
2) Sell down the receivables ledger and use cash to repay debt.
3) look to merge with or /sell to another debt collector/ finance company
