One needs to understand that the market place can be a difficult place for any company.
Raisng cash for smaller companies has become very difficult since 2008-09 and this is why many companies fond themselves with mountains upon mountains of shares on issue or big debt levels and seemingly going nowhere.
The company or its directors in most cases cannot be blamed, its just the tough market conditions!
