I think only no trading while uncertainty about

a) finance and debt
b) possible new contract
c) going concern - can it viably be 'asleep' for a while

if all clear - then back to trading

if then nickel erupts then good timed again

Rothschild knows that better times are ahead - so they help out imo - cycles come and go - Rothshild has been thru many many cycles....
