IMO,
SP and therefore chart has been in decline due to missed targets and more recently dilution due to the CR we were told didn't need to happen.
All comes down to trust and currently the market doesn't trust management to hit targets.
When we start seeing an ascending triangle, we'll know they have hit some targets and are regaining trust.
Be very interesting what the chart/SP would look like had they released achievable targets from day 1.
