It doesn't make sense to put the blame of Lauder and Ron. They will not cut the nose to spike the face by a lower share price. But what is plausible, going by the article by Bloomberg, is whether brokers have used derivatives to short FLC.

I think our Corporate Secretaries should ask Cannacord, and all the US brokers whether there were ADRs on FLC created for the purpose of shorting the stock. If there is, the US brokers have unilaterally taken all the trust out of the securities trading system by what they have done. I hope ASX and the other global exchanges will band together and take harsh action against them and put a stop to it.
