When the cycle is at its peak M&A seems to be the only thing managements care for. I got money let's spend it!

Inc production Dec costs and just run a business for a few years while profits are up.
I bet a M&A will happen and it will be a drag on SP and divis hence the fall in Sp.
I think Mr Mrs market agree. If the Ceo said we are focused on SP and money in the bank the SP would be at 2.00.
