We have been building water pipe lines to towns WA since the late 1800 main pipe line to Kalgoorlie finished in 1903,it was designed by C Y Oconner , nothing new to us, they need to send someone to the West to find out how it is done.
It would be far better to build water pipelines than giving some bum $80 mill for none existing water buy back. and as Barnaby Joyce said now go and pray for it to rain hard so we can get some natural flood water that we gave our mates $80 million dollars for. Barnaby saying prays maybe he has been to confession .(his ex wife will be pleased with that)
