so dargus, how do you explain managements push to get the convertible notes issue approved, and when defeated by shareholders, they miraculaously pull this deal out of now where?.... when were they going to let shareholders nkow about this ?..... what would have happened if the C/N issue had been passed ???

why get it in after market close on Xmass eve, with so few shareholders watching - another inexpicable point !

arent you concerned by this illogical, disorganised approach ?

sure if management can carry through, and SP appreciates then no prblems, but i am concerned about their ability to see things through.....any longer shareholder would have similar concerns....
