Takeover, dominant position, looming debt for QW. They don’t need a takeover they need new management, they don’t need a dominant position they need a respected one and they need construction completed on QW to collect the final payments on the unit sales which should help with debt I would imagine.Only guessing that leasing of other properties will also help. That all said I do see great risks but I need something to keep my blood pumping.Have you looked at the cashflow? Makes me drool.
