@Plext, for sake of transparency I think company should have the the TT updated monthly on their web site, public companies named, individuals name suppressed. Company worried about effect of any major holder leaving OR not?, this is the third (?) exit of a major holder over the years for whatever reasons.
Not sure if there is the ‘ideal’ TT and what it would look like. I would suggest BOD having a combined holding of 5% plus would be in the ‘ideal’ TT, imo.
