Actually, I disagree. Most regular punters do tend to leave cash on their cards. They often treat their Star Cards like a bank card, enjoying the convenience of having funds readily available for their next visit. Just as people like to watch their Flybuys points accumulate, these punters take satisfaction in seeing their Star Card balance grow. It’s about convenience and the added value of loyalty rewards.
