With all the talk of CWN making a bid for The Star (SGR) one would have to think that TAH would at least be doing their own numbers on a SGR bid.
Strategically it would be a disaster if a CWN/SGR deal went ahead as it would virtually lock TAH out of the Australian Casino market and the synergies it would benefit from including loyalty rewards being used at Casino's similar to CrownBets offering to its customers.
If TAH could afford it they would have a better chance of a successful deal with regulators imo
