Been a progression of 'higher lows' since the big volume down at 10.5c. Now primed for a final assault on 20c with volume? Could easily double in a day with only 44m shares on issue and tightly held at that. Needs news (or a very least some marketing of the NWS prospects) but suspect smarties have been soaking these up in the mid teens? DYOR
