On a sidenote: If you holders want international expansion you better hope management drop the dividend indefinitely and reinvest capital into that expansion. You can't have it all, a dividend, massive growth etc. The longer management wait the less likely it'll successfully execute international expansions.

OPY don't want to go into US because market is crowded. How long before the UK is crowded (already have a few established players and OPY and Z1P entering shortly) and then Europe?

FXL is rebranding to HUM, and as part of this they should take a broader strategic review of their capital distributions to see if they can utilise it better. After all, dividend payments are usually made by more mature companies that don't see a better use of their capital to increase shareholder value, so they pay it out in cash.
