Probably. Straw man type posts, in denial mostly. Seems the Regulators ( in Qld and NSW) are becoming even more wearisome with SGR as to its ongoing failure to adequately address and implement the two Manager's compliance requirements. Tale of two cities eg Brisbane perhaps slightly more advanced (off a very low base) but while the plan (such as it is) may have been received by the Manger, full compliance is not assured. Much worse in Sydney, if that was even possible, nothing much of substance from SGR to date. Fall back suggestion, obtain another taxpayer funded bailout from the NSW Govt, the plan to end all plans, but pain for most.
