I couldnt be any happier with this acquisition. Located in the perfect location on the Thai border in a hot growth area of SE Asia. The property looks outstanding and the financials leaves lots of potential room for improvement and growth. The point I like most is the diversification this acquisition brings us. We have now grown from being an equivalent of a walk in player at a casino to a big VIP player with a private room!!
The only risk IMO is geopolitical, but that will always be the case when operating in SE Asia.
