yeh will be interesting to see where it trades on tuesday, but don't forget this is fully underwritten by canaccord, you would only underwrite such a significant deal if you thought there was at least 50%+ share price accretion from the acquisition. hopefully we can get back to $1+ next week, but i take it there will be a few holders selling to fund the rights
