Yes I thought about that. The announcement was released 4.22PM (Sydney time) which would make it 06.22 GMT. I don't think FTSE opens that early. I guess it is not important anyway.
I hope M&G manages to offload ALL their shares before the well hits oil. (Aren't I a nice guy!!)
