I doubt very much that Peter or David know the exact date financing is going to be announced in the coming week, weeks or month.

Jinan clearly started making arrangement to finalise financing, starting by going to their stakeholders last Thursday.

I believe Jinan will be busy now arranging transfers of funding and organising any necessary documents from relevant parties, like ' Chins Merchant Bank '.

I'll bet Peter and Dave are helping with the final preparations and then themselves waiting to get the green light to announce financing.

You might not see a trading halt, Jinan may just notify Triton on any given day & Peter can then go straight to market with the announcement.
