If this is a rally, I would hate to see a nosedive. I cannot work it out, what dont we know? Why aren't the Directors lining up to buy the stock. I am a VCR Bull, the market is there, they have the product now. I cannot help but think there is some surprise waiting for us and it is not going to be good. VCR must inform the market what they know
