Directors’explanations are neither inspiring nor confidence-building.

They offer lots of excuses, always blaming it on the macro factors.

But the directors are responsible and should be held accountable.

These people are shrinking the company by all measures – turnover, earnings, share price, market capitalisation, employees etc.

Management performance is unsatisfactory. Yet they
audaciously continue to reward themselves despite lack of results.

Is this leadership group appropriate for the company at this time?

Without executive changes, would it be time to cut losses and sell?
