    @sierra Firstly, congratulations are in order - you are a winner!!!

    I am lucky, I never had a serious addiction, but did have a father who did both, smoked as well as indulged in the weekly drinking bout on the weekend. He was a hard worker though. I now have a friend who 'acquired' both bad habits towards mid-life - and he is finding it extremely hard to beat, but the vaping seems to be easier on him than smoking cigarettes, both physically as well as financially - smokes are so expensive nowadays!

    My experience with my tiny addictions; find yourself something really interesting to do, to keep you busy, make sure there is some reward system in place, which you can set up yourself, and don't be overly critical, if you have the occasional lapse.

    @Joannie, good luck - I am thinking of you from time to time, hope you have no more bad thoughts for me.
