Well you can tell your "IRL" mate that they only way he will get shares that cheap is if the Financing doesn't go through and the company collapses (the financing will go through btw) so he should get onboard at current prices as the price is cheap or miss out.
Afterall, He or she is demonstrating "goofball" logic they could have got in at 3.1c and have had a 25% uplift in value there was no sign of that 10m trade at 3.1... but no they wait for the price to recover...
Perhaps you should explain to them that they are as equally deluded as some of the posters on here...
