with zinc now on the critical list and geopolitical issues getting more aggressive I would not be surprised if EXIM rushes to approve the loan faster that otherwise would have been the case- so a decision before the 'forecast' June could well be on the cards.

I have been in IBG since 2014 and many more HC posters here even earlier than that -- so am looking forward to a decision soon. Someone posted confidently some time back that the Equity deal had already been done (at 65/35%) - so if correct then once EXIM decides it should move very quickly to construction. Let's hope so!
