Its only a storm of smacked down gold prices, tight register, and mining delays that have put the price where it is in the teens and below.
Mining would have to be the catalyst to send it into the 20s and beyond, especially with what I believe will be a higher gold price than now.
The current prices should be viewed as the buying opportunity that they are, and I've personally been happy to top up recently.
