    Evening all,

The post below is a continuation of the following post link.

I conducted some more research tonight and it appears that Washington state  are one step ahead of the federal laws we are currently pursuing through S2811 and the  product consumer protections agency . This bill is called HB1174 and appears to be moved along very fast given it was only created in Jan of this year. It is really good  for us here at Alexium to see this happening and will make manufacturers and federal law makers move fast for reasons of consistency not only from a political front but more importantly for the manufactures process where there is no joy in having two facilities or processes just because one state is different therefore they will preempt this occurring nationwide much faster and change rapidly.

I have read some very interesting stuff and gee am in glad i don't deal with american politics it seems very much like a spider web.

It appears from what i read that the states up until now have traditionally moved their own laws due to the inaction of federal politics. This is due to the American chemical council (ACC) which is funded by fortune 500 chemical companies and has the fire power of many highly respected lobbyist delaying/destroying the legal bills to eliminate existing toxic chemicals. We off course are disruptive and unlike all the ACC's  opponents before us we solve the problem and we can provide the solution to both sides existing defense claims.

    1. ACC- In every case i have read about the lobbyist has convinced legislators that Fire safety overpowers the need to action significant change to a fire safety act that is from 1977.

    2. The opponents defense obviously say that is not good enough and scientific evidence has now proven that the use of these chemicals  is more of a issue than the fire hazard itself.

Now you have alexium come through that can clearly satisfy both arguments whilst not destroy any existing product characteristics, can be applied in existing customer processes very easily and deliver cost synergies for the end customer.

Now what will the lobbyist do? It is quiet clear their time is up and as Gavin has put it we are the solution to their problem and we are not here to work against them.

The links above provide information on HB1174 which was created by Washington state this year and is very similar to S2811 however seems to be moving at a fast pace. Alexium i am sure is on to this as it is directly related to them and their intended markets. (This one will be bought up at the meeting hall by me)

Enjoy the read this is a very significant development.
