Shuttle has entry at 8000km/h. This had 26000km/h (supposed to) but a mars reentry is even faster than that at close to 40000km per hour. 65km is the critical height where stresses start to build.
Most lose about 20% of their velocity before reaching 65km. Starship lost less than 10%.
No pitch control apparently and no ability to control the roll either.
Total design failure. Needs a new approach.
