Raising money under cash backing is the most idiotic thing I have heard of. You are literally giving money away, or robbing current shareholders in plain daylight

Unless they are raising at 10c or debt funding, you really support them raising money under cash backing ? Especially if you don't get a look in and it goes privately ?

If they raised say $4M at 5c (40% below cash) are you saying you'd be happy ? What if they placed it to an institution ?

It's absolute stupidity. If shareholders aren't included (if they do raise money) then that is daylight robbery and the board deserve the boot
