    At about 1x sales, given good pathway to global growth, as working capital normalises and net cash from operations returns to normal rate of ebit and sales, strong imperative to open a buy back program at these levels - 10% of current market capitalisation say $40m over next 24 months at prices up to $3 a share should opportunity be available.
