Install a small underground tank...20,000lt should do (costs about $7,000).
Install a simple bowser. ($500 second hand)
Total costs about $7,500 all up.
Order tanker to fill with unleaded petrol...cost $22,000 (wholesale)
Total outlay = $29,500
Assume you travel 20,000km per year at 10km/l = 2,000 lt/year.
Supply should last 10 years with no further outlay.
Assuming petrol rises 30% per year, you get your money back in about 5 years...from then on you get 5 years of free fuel at the rate of 2,000lt/year, at a time when the rest of the population may be paying something like $3.00 or more per litre.
May or may not be practical now...but give it a few years and I am sure one or two may look at such a scenario.
