Just re-reading a Bell report from just after the downgrade announcement,
They have assumed the recovery of referrals to normal levels will impact growth into 1st half of FY17, but based on the comments made at the AGM which were more bullish about a return to normal referral patterns early in the new year . . . so one could expect a better result than factored into the Bell Report for FY17 . . . that is perhaps where the value lies but over a longer window. Personally I can't see it making too much headway until at least after the release of the Government review (17th December?) but potentially things may improve early in the new year.
Not quite ready to buy more yet . . .
