Good points but are you saying that the market has simply 'got it wrong'? The share price is now at a level where it would not be surprising to get an ann stating that the company has growing debt due to unprofitable new businesses it paid too much for at exactly the wrong time along with the cutbacks. That would explain the massive decline in shareholder value. So how sure can any of us be that such an ann is not going to be unleashed on us soon? Based on the SP performance and a track record of inside knowledge at play, I would say there is a 50% chance that will happen, so 50% chance you are right and the SP is oversold. In my opinion those are not adds you would buy on.
