    2008 earnings confirmed and 2009 earnings to be much much higher, FTSE 250 company accumulating stock .

    NOT much downside imo plus it will stop me buying more.

    FY08 GUIDANCE CONFIRMED AND
    STRONG GROWTH EXPECTED IN FY09

    Sydney, Australia: 21 July 2008 - SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) continued to experience robust demand for its products and services in May and June and is pleased to report that, based on unaudited management accounts, the results for the financial year ending 30 June 2008 are expected to be towards the top end of the following guidance ranges
    provided to the market on 29 May 2008:

    �� EBITDA (pre-abnormals): $48.0m to $51.0m
    �� NPAT (pre-abnormals): $18.8m to $19.1m
    �� NPAT (post-abnormals): $14.3m to $14.8m
    As indicated in the guidance provided on 29 May, SAI expects strong earnings growth in FY09. Specifically, earnings per share growth of between 60% and 70%, on a post-abnormal charge basis, is expected.

    Mr Tony Scotton, Chief Executive Officer, said: “It is pleasing to see that all of SAI’s businesses have continued to perform in line with or ahead of expectations. The continued resurgence of the Compliance business is a particular highlight.”

    INTEREST IN SAI GLOBAL SHARES - INTERTEK OVERSEAS HOLDINGS

    Sydney, Australia: 28 July 2008 - SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) conducts regular analyses of the underlying beneficial ownership of its shares.

    In the process of undertaking such an analysis, and as apparent from SAI’s share register as at 30 June 2008, it has been confirmed to SAI that Intertek Overseas Holdings (“Intertek”) held an interest of 2,112,744 shares in SAI Global Limited, as at that date.

    Intertek is part of Intertek Group plc, a London Stock Exchange listed group involved in the provision of testing, inspection and certification of products, commodities and systems.

    SAI is currently not aware of Intertek’s intentions in relation to its stake
