The reason is simple ...
whilst there's a million reason for popeye and boiler and the like to seek to reply with negativity, there is a positive to your point which I get.
Aside from the fact that a company has no direct influence over the SP (except short term when they issue good or bad news), but the fact is that the SP of Prima has been a lot higher and often on no news.
Still miss the point ? ... the price can go up unexpectedly because that's exactly what it's done in the past on several occasions.
