Hi Westcott, (I could be wrong) but while the JV and offtake path was once considered in the past as the means to bring the resource into production, I believe the situation has changed now.

Some of the key players are IMO (for their own set of reasons) are really after the assets. Whether it is China, India or the western mining companies.

The offtake story IMO is a red herring. It's just a way to flush out the buyers of the asset.

If China takes out the asset, offtake agreements with POSCO Jindal or Nippon Steel (for argument sakes) would not make sense.

That's my 2 cents.
