The truth would be good Eagle. In each of these constituenties, Katter's, Oakeshott's, and Windsor's, STILL in the latest Newspoll THEY want these three to go with the Coalition, each vote in the mid to high 50's. That is all that should matter to the Independents re. their own futures in their own seats. Unless one or more intends to retire and doesnt care any more.

Of course many will regret their protest Greens vote now they see, with hindsight, the marriage of Labor/Greens.
But the full impact of this would ony be seen in a second National re-election.

This Labor/Greens Coalition is a situation which was not made evident to voters on 21st August - but which we should have suspected was part of the behind closed doors preference deal. Very typically Labor - never be upfront and tell the truth!
