ZYL's first hurdle is to get the $1.065m in promissory notes due...which Martin Place securities could NOT satisfy when they had to do so on the issue of shares under the recent placement.
If they do not get this,they will have some very quick decisions to make.
The sector they are in and the products they sell are a dime a dozen and there are many entrenched and far more susbstantial then ZYL.
