Hey all,

Long suffering share holder here. I'm looking for a sanity/ logic check on my holdings.

1. We are waiting on two bulk mining permits for Wapiti and Fernie projects - expected before the start of the Canadian mining season.
2. This is before May.
3. The inclusion of Phosphates in the Canadian critical minerals strategy is considered to provide a tail wind to these applications.
4. The September report has around $7.1m in exploration and evaluation assets on the balance sheet.
5. Market cap is $1.75m
6. It is evident that the market has not priced-in successful permit applications and the news will be a predicator for a positive move.
7. If they don't get it, then this enterprise will have to wind up.
8. In the case of a re-rate, the realisation of the $7m (and change) assets should see a 4x increase in share price to book value (more if it goes beyond)
9. There will be limited processing of the phosphate (sold raw) with associated limits to value extraction through the supply chain.

Is anyone else out there thinking differently?
