Through my years of investing, i can say one thing for sure...that is, management is the key in all mining projects. A firm can have the best deposit in the world but if they do not possess the technical and engineering expertise to extract the resources, then the economic viability is next to nil.
Every mining junior needs a strong balance of geologists and engineers at different parts of its discovery cycle. They have not turned away from their production path yet and are instead moving ahead in quicktime.
