Rudd only got in because Labour managed to persuade just enough swinging voters that Australia needed a change.. and what has that change brought Australia besides a $900 handout which caused a multi billion dollar debt and an open pass to fare paying ECONOMIC migrants to venture into Australian waters for a now guaranteed good lifestyle change.
They seem to forget what happened to Jeff Kennett .. he was ahead by miles in ALL polls and lost in a landslide to that Steve B...

Although I agree the wording counts for a lot in these type of polls ... it should read ..
"Do you agree to boat people being given preference over people who apply to enter Australia through the correct channels"
