In relation to your other posts Puntman isnt it now just a question of waiting to see if they can get a operating mine up and running and therefore positive cashflow.
This is not an overnight process so whats the point of worrying about up rampers and downrampers in the meantime.
You also need to look at the accounts before worrying about tax but your concerns are touching.
