It's absolute BS. The quote from the announcement is below....
Nexus is now aiming to have negotiations by NO LATER than mid may and will provide further updates in due course.
What does "no later than mid may" mean?
To me it means anytime BEFORE mid may, whether mid May is Today or Monday - it really doesn't matter. They're going down to the wire if "BEOFRE MID MAY" means 15th May or 18th May. Baaaaad management IMO. Not Shareholder freindly.
Also, if they're going to make an announcement later today after close, what is the purpose of that? oh, oh, oh ... hang on ... the SP might fall. But wait a minute - it's suspended. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
