I saw the announcement by RVR today regarding the agreement with Black Gold Resources & the Taabinga project.
When I looked at the tenement areas & their promixity to Kingaroy township I immediately thought these guys are going to exact the wrath of a lot of townsfolk. Take a captain cook at their announcement & in particular their tenement areas.
RPC1921 is beneath a large portion of the western side of town. Yes & if I lived there I would be one of the first in line to lodge my objections & form a committee to fight the development.
Actually this may be a good thing for Cougar in that it may defect some of the flack they have been receiving locally from farmers. Cougar's Bellbird Rd project is approximately 10 kms south of town unlike Black Gold Resources.
