    I have no tears left, not much money either.

    Just 1 large holding worth a whole lot of nothin.LOL

    I still think this will get off the ground though.

    May have to wait and see the performance of the plant next door, if good someone will jump this thing quick smart.

    Every large const project has large overuns these days, even when they dont like to admit it.
