Hi Folks...Has anyone on here been involved in a start up before? A friend of mine's come up with a novel product...In theory it seems okay/good...funds to get the prototypes ready ( about $70 -80K ) not an issue. Spoken to a couple of investors ...they are okay with the idea at the initial stages...willing to chip in about 1.5 - 2 mill...what's the take on patenting, how do we go about getting in more capital if needed, should we offer stakeholders a share in the company or just % returns, confidentailaity agreements, etc etc..is there a one stop shop sort of biz who offers all this advice or is it just playing along as it comes ....would appreciate input...thanks in advance...rgds
