    interesting that in the latest annual report to shareholders there are options expiring in November 2014 which have exercise price around $0.15 would be nice to be at that price level in 2 months.
    really its the technical regulations that need to be finalised for exploration rights to be awarded, doesn't need the mprda to be passed for exploration rights. then most likely the partner announcement after that.
