AC, As you know i have a contrarian view on CAZ: It is such an aussie phenon..winning the lottery !! and this sits in stark contrast to getting out there and doing the hard yards e.g. likes of Matthew Wood of IBR/BLR/ELK and other energetic ,hard-working and committed explorers and deal-makers.. What it shows up is the need for reforming the exploration/mining licensing process... There are many examples of other jurisidictions wherein you cannot simply sit on the right to explore ,you have to meet certain criteria for expenditure et al or lose the license so that others might have a go... Your conclusion as to how the Minister will rule is 'logical' That being said in my view there are no doubt many sub-terranean processes afoot and 'logic' doesnt necessarily play a role...politics does ...place your bets!!
