I think I am correct on 8 Feb 12 they sail the yeield was 10c on a price of 95.5 giving a yield for 11-12 of 10.5%.
So about 10c is my call.
Your right about debt, they should be able to do better next refinance but they are not hightly geared so a modesr benefit.
