1. Don't do it. Keep your money out of the casino and use your head to do something useful with it.

2. Refer to rule 1.

3. If rule 1 and 2 don't stop you then you should expect to lose the lot. You'll probably lose most of what you start with, but if you expect to lose the lot then whatever is left at the end will be a bonus.

4. After you've ignored rules 1, 2 and 3 you'll have two options:
a) Quit before you get further behind; or
b) Go and do what you should have done in the first place which is to educate yourself on what to do and how to manage your risk BEFORE putting any of your hard earned down.
