When one sells is ones chance to buy - "bargain hunting"

But picking the right time to "buy" is not so easy.

So when is the best time to buy? Early May or Late May? There are arguments for both.

One would assume Investors would want to sell early May to get the "peak price" before the heavy selling begins

Then you have the ones holding out till end of the month - thinking investors will hold off and sell towards the end of the month

In my opinion, avoid both and buy in June or monitor the markets every day and look for the next "buy" signal.
